Mentor
Mentors provide Lead two sessions of lecture + 7-10 sections of small-size seminars during one Global Classroom term, with a cumulative time commitment of about 15 hours. Mentor at Civitas Global Classroom is a very selective position for highly-qualified candidate with teaching or intercultural experiences. Mentors get paid at or above the industry standard and enjoy access to resources across the Civitas network.
Global Fellow
There’re many ways to become a global fellow: regular contribution of writing pieces, sharing your intercultural or other interesting life experiences for an interview or global coffeehouse sessions, or helping us extending our network to new regions. Global fellows gain access to Civitas’ regular community events and exposure to be featured on the Civitas website. Global fellows also gain priority to be selected as future mentors and organizing committee members.
Organizing Committee Members
Members are the key people behind the project that keeps it functional. You can gain project management experience in Civitas’ daily operations and you can always raise new ideas to shape Civitas’ future. Civitas only recruits very few organizing committee members outside of the community.
